Kai Kennedy, PT, DPT, serves as associate professor and vice chair of equity in the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science at the University of California, San Francisco. She has extensive experience addressing issues of health equity through the lens of functional movement.

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy and American Academy of Physical Therapy.

Marie A. Vazquez-Morgan, PT, PhD, earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy, a master's degree in health sciences from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, and a PhD in health studies from Texas Woman’s University.

Thanksgiving Punch (nonalcoholic)

½ gallon unspiced apple cider
3 ounces caramel syrup
Pumpkin pie spice
Cinnamon sticks (optional)
Apple slices (optional)

Pecan Pie Martini (alcoholic)

Garnish for One Martini
2 tablespoons caramel syrup
1/8 cup of pecans - toasted and very finely chopped
1 whole pecan for garnish
Whipped cream or Cool Whip
Sprinkle of ground cinnamon

Cocktail Makes One Martini
2 ounces RumChata
2 ounces crème de cocoa
1 ounce bourbon
Ice
Cocktail shaker
