Brent Proulx, MS, SHRM-SCP, vice president of human resources for Select Medical. Brent has a master's degree in organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska Omaha. He has been a Human Resources and Organizational Development practitioner for 17 years, as a leadership consultant and in various HR roles in organizations. His areas of professional interest and expertise include succession planning, leadership coaching, employee engagement and well-being, training and development, innovation, and cognitive- and neuro-psychology. He lives in Richmond, Virginia.
