Concepts of cultural competency apply to more than race and ethnicity — they're relevant to any situation that requires a set of congruent behaviors among professionals in order to work in a cross-cultural situation. This includes the practice of physical therapy with older adult patients and clients.

While the resources here aren’t  intended to replace comprehensive information and evidence found through literature searches and other study, they provide a baseline of knowledge to get you started.
