APTA's social is a fun twist on the standard Zoom webinar - mixing expert discussion with live, camera-on Q&A with participants.
This month's discussion is around meditation practices to focus on mindful eating.
Join Core Senior Instructors Devon Pipars, Shundo David Haye, and Head of Core by Hyperice, Sarah McDevitt to explore meditation techniques and how you can use meditation practices to focus on mindful eating. You’ll be taken on a guided meditation exercise and have an opportunity to ask the instructors questions.
