Molree Williams-Lendor, JD, MS, BA, is the senior director of workplace culture and inclusion and Title IX coordinator at NYU Langone Health. She earned her JD from St. John's University School of Law, master's degree in social work with a concentration in health/mental health from Columbia University, and bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology from Georgetown University. Molree has practiced law in New York and Connecticut in the areas of medical malpractice defense, special education law, and civil rights law, including disability, race, age, and sex discrimination. Earlier in her career, Molree worked in community mental health agencies providing psychotherapy and psychoeducation to individuals living with mental illness. More recently, she has focused on building and maintaining work and learning environments that are inclusive and welcoming to students, trainees, faculty, and staff.
