This event brings together APTA's leadership groups for several days of meetings to advance the association.

This includes the APTA Board of Directors, leaders of APTA's chapters, sections, and academies, the House of Delegates, and APTA's standing committees.

Student development programming and state payment advocacy programming are included, with attendees identified by APTA's components.

Programming

This is primarily a working meeting for those with specific leadership roles.

Several events are open to a wider audience via livestream.

Housing

Housing at the Omni Shoreham is open through July 15. Those with housing funded by APTA have been contacted with an alternate link and specific instructions (contact your staff lead with questions). An additional housing option near APTA Centennial Center is available for those who are only attending APTA State Payment Advocacy Forum on August 16.

Registration

All APTA Leadership Congress participants should register by July 15.

Registrants will be asked to provide their primary role for attending the APTA Leadership Congress (eg, Component Executives, House of Delegates, etc).

Those attending Student Development programming or the APTA State Payment Advocacy Forum must first get the special registration promo code from their sponsoring component.

The following events are open to all APTA Leadership Congress participants. Registrants should indicate which event(s) they will attend during Step 1 of the registration process.

COVID-19

APTA strongly encourages all attendees to get vaccinated and boosted in accordance with CDC guidelines. If you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19, attendees should immediately remove themselves from participation. At this time, there are no vaccine, negative test, or mask requirements to attend the APTA Leadership Congress, but reserves the right to implement COVID-19 precaution requirements should CDC, local, or venue guidance or restrictions change.
