ICD-10-CM, which stands for International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision, contains two code sets. They are ICD-10-CM, Clinical Modification; and ICD-10-PCS, Procedure Coding System. The PCS codes are not required for outpatient settings. All ICD-10 information that APTA provides is related to ICD-10-CM codes.
