Similar to many students, I knew that I wanted to go into private practice early on, and like many students I had little experience with business. I was making my way through physical therapy school, trying to master the skills of our profession.

Because I was so sure of my path to private practice, I made a point to choose rotations that would combine my love for sports and athletics to my passion of physical therapy and entrepreneurship.

Partway through my physical therapy school experience, I knew that I needed to make connections, gather all the insight that I could, and figure out my plans for my future endeavor.
