More information about accessibility in Boston is located at Meet Boston.

Mobility Constraints

Due to the size of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Westin Boston Seaport, and Omni Boston Hotel, the distance between sessions can be considerable. If you require assistance, consider making arrangements to rent an electronic scooter.

To order a mobility device, call Cloud of Goods toll-free at 407-545-3103 or by email. Make your reservation early to ensure availability. All arrangements are the attendees' responsibility. Cloud of Goods can deliver to the convention center or your hotel 24 hours in advance (not the day of arrival).
