*APTA CSM On-Demand registration with CEUs entitles the registrant to more than 100 recorded educational sessions from APTA CSM 2022, with the potential to earn up to 1.2 CEUs (12 contact hours) based on successful completion of post-tests. Access to APTA CSM On-Demand content will be available from March 1 to March 31 only.

**APTA CSM On-Demand registration without CEUs entitles the registrant to more than 100 recorded educational sessions from APTA CSM 2022. No CEUs to be awarded. On Demand will be available from March 1 to March 31.

Preconference Courses

One and two day courses will be offered in-person in San Antonio, February 1 and 2. You may purchase your course registration along with your conference registration or register for a preconference course only. Early bird rates apply.

Policy in the Exhibit Hall

Please note that children under 18 are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall.

No materials or media may be passed out or displayed at APTA Conferences outside of designated booths or in common areas of the convention centers. APTA retains the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this attendee registration and to remove or require the removal of any attendee who is determined to be distributing or displaying materials or other media in common areas of the convention center or outside of an exhibitor's designated booth, without first obtaining APTA prior written approval, which approval may be withheld at APTA’s sole discretion. If such action is necessary, there will be no refund of fees paid to attendee, nor will APTA nor any of the endorsers or sponsors be liable for any damages including but not limited to any direct, incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to the attendee's actions or removal from APTA Conferences.

Excessive and aggressive direct sales networking. APTA retains the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this attendee registration and to remove or require the removal of any attendee whose networking conduct is determined to be excessive or aggressive in APTA’s sole discretion. If such action is necessary, there will be no refund of fees paid to attendee, nor will APTA nor any of the endorsers or sponsors be liable for any damages including but not limited to any direct, incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to the attendee's actions or removal from APTA Conferences.

APTA has zero tolerance for Suitcasing. Anyone who has not paid an exhibition fee (i.e. purchased a booth) and in the trade show aisles or on the floor attempts to sell products or services via any means without authorization from APTA will, at APTA’s discretion, in addition to the actions set forth above, be asked to forfeit their badge, be asked to leave the show immediately, and be charged a single-booth rate prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor at any future APTA conference or event.

Spouse/Guest

Guests must register with a paid conference attendee. APTA members, and those eligible for APTA membership cannot register as guests.

Cancellation Deadline and Policy:

Cancellation requests for preconference and/or full conference registrations received by January 3, 2022 will receive a full refund minus a $60 administration fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after January 3, 2022. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the APTA Registration Center, aptacsm@mcievents.com.

Substitutions and Name Changes

There will be a $20 fee to switch registrations (substitute one attendee for another).  Requests must be received in writing.

Photographic Disclaimer

I understand that I may be photographed and/or audio/video recorded during an APTA event. By registering for an APTA event, I hereby give and grant to APTA the irrevocable right, permission, and license to take photos and/or audio/video record me at this event and publish, reproduce, and otherwise use the photos and audio/video recording in all forms and media for educational, trade, web, advertising, and all other lawful purposes without compensation. I realize and discharge APTA from all forms of claims and liability related to my photo and audio/video recording. I agree that the photos and audio/video recording shall be the sole property of APTA and I grant, assign and transfer to APTA all necessary rights to that effect.

Tax-Deductibility Information

PTPAC Event:  Contributions to APTA's PTPAC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions.  Contributions are voluntary. Your contribution will be used to support candidates for federal office who support physical therapy issues.  The amount given by the contributor, or the refusal to give, will not benefit or disadvantage the person being solicited.
