As a physical therapist (PT) or physical therapist assistant (PTA) looking to integrate wellness services into those provided at your practice, you likely assume there's little you can do to help patients and clients without having face-to-face contact with them. We emphasize that whatever your involvement may be in wellness instruction, there are many ways to help patients and clients meet their wellness goals that don’t require being in the same place at the same time.
