On Nov. 4, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued federal regulations on COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

Both agencies ceased enforcement and implementation of their regulations amid ongoing legal battles that are challenging the mandates in the courts. APTA is monitoring the situation.
